How We Work

Our reasons for becoming financial professionals are deeply personal. We repeatedly saw many friends and family struggling to find the help they needed to map out their financial future. We are confident that with our understanding of personal finance, coupled with our training as financial professionals, we can help people better prepare for the future. After years in the business, we have developed a reputation for educating individuals in an easy-to-understand manner so they can grasp personal finance and use those concepts to pursue their financial objectives. We feel a commitment to our community.

Our team approach adds perspective to all we do and provides increased benefits to our clients.

Christie Rogers

Client Accounts Manager

Chris, a native of California, traces her roots back to the golden shores of the West Coast and the vibrant culture and landscapes of California. She hopes to return one day to bask in its warmth. Chris married the love of her life, Steve, in 2000, and together they raised a beautiful family with two boys. With a passion to nurture young minds, Chris pursued a path in Child Development and founded Lil’ Munchkins Family Daycare, which she ran for 15 years. Beyond education and daycare, Chris found a love for photography, capturing fleeting moments of joy and beauty, and scrapbooking, weaving together cherished memories into tangible treasures. She and Steve love to travel and explore the world, especially warm beaches and other cultures. Amid all this, Chris’s anchor and guiding light remains, and their happiness and well-being are high priority. In July 2017, Chris joined Lisle Financial Group and found a new avenue for growth and learning. With her love to help others, she found fulfillment in her role in making an impact on the lives of those we serve. In 2021, she became a remote team member, and her path took her to Georgia so she could be closer to her two grandsons, SJ and Leo. She loves being a grandma, and they continue to bring much laughter and innocence into her life.

Kim Wadford

East Coast Customer Liaison

Kim is a southern gal that grew up on the coast of North Carolina. She is a graduate of NC State University with a BA in Criminal Justice and furthered her education at Meredith College, in Raleigh, NC, to receive her certification as a paralegal. She worked for a law firm assisting her boss in preparing legal documents for court cases. Kim also served as Executive Assistant to the NC Sheriffs’ Association in implementing their annual membership drive, preparing legislative agendas for the upcoming assembly sessions and hosting their annual Sheriffs’ Association event for all 100 sheriffs, their family members, and the NC Council of State. Upon leaving her position with the Sheriffs’ Association, Kim worked one session in the NC General Assembly for a senator from Pitt County. She further pursued her career in Project/Construction Management, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. In every aspect of Kim’s management career, she has been an attentive event planner and assistant to CEOs, CFOs, and upper engineering management.

In 2012, Kim returned to her roots on the coast of NC and worked as a client service representative for a local investment firm before retiring in 2020.

The best thing Kim has ever done in/with her life is volunteering for Duke Children’s Hospital helping to raise millions of dollars to fight terminal illness among children across our country and the world. As Hospitality Director for numerous golf tournaments, charity balls, and fundraisers, Kim served to fulfill her passion for helping children.

She is a staunch advocate for feeding the hungry in her community to assure no family goes without the basic food and nourishment needs. It is a labor of love that she always answers the call to help.

In 2022, Kim happened upon meeting Michael which changed her life forever. She has finally met her forever partner in life, even though he is a landlocked beach bum. Kim and Michael frequently go back home to North Carolina to thaw out by connecting with sun, sand, and salty air. Kim loves traveling; cultivating her creative side in interior design/decorating, residential painting, and light renovation projects; and learning how to paint.

Kim has a passion for animals and daily misses her steadfast, loyal beach fur baby, Bailey Clyde, and continuously tries to convince Michael that a pygmy goat, miniature donkey, or toy poodle would be the perfect addition to their family…to no avail.
